US International Trade Commission Seeks Public Comments on Proposed Remedy for Section 337 Violation

The US International Trade Commission (USITC) is seeking public comments on the potential impact of a proposed remedy on the public interest in a case involving a violation of section 337. The USITC has issued a final Initial Determination and a Recommended Determination on remedy and bonding, and is now soliciting comments on the public interest issues raised by the recommended relief.
