US Commission Launches Investigations into Quartz Surface Products from India and Turkey

The US International Trade Commission has initiated investigations into quartz surface products imported from India and Turkey, alleging they are sold at below fair value and subsidized by the governments of India and Turkey, with a preliminary determination due by June 24, 2019.
