Possible Modifications to the Generalized System of Preferences

The U.S. International Trade Commission is reviewing the Generalized System of Preferences, following a request from the U.S. Trade Representative, to consider changes to the system, including the removal of certain articles, waiver of competitive need limitations, and redesignation of others.
