US Commission Terminates Five-Year Reviews of Chinese Off-the-Road Tires

The US International Trade Commission (ITC) has terminated its five-year reviews of antidumping and countervailing duty orders on Chinese off-the-road tires, as the Department of Commerce did not receive a notice of intent to participate from domestic interested parties, leading to the revocation of the orders in February 2019.
