Ethicon LLC Files Complaint with U.S. International Trade Commission Over Patent Infringement

Ethicon LLC has filed a complaint with the U.S. International Trade Commission alleging that certain companies have infringed on its patents for reload cartridges used in laparoscopic surgical staplers, and is seeking an investigation and exclusion orders.
