US Commission Launches Antidumping Duty Investigation into PET Sheet Imports from Korea, Mexico, and Oman

The US International Trade Commission has initiated an investigation into imports of polyethylene terephthalate (PET) sheet from Korea, Mexico, and Oman, alleging they are sold in the US at less than fair value, and must make a preliminary determination by August 23, 2019.
