U.S. International Trade Commission Investigates Complaint Against United Plastic Molders, Inc. Over Fish-Handling Pliers and Packaging

A complaint was filed with the U.S. International Trade Commission on June 21, 2019, alleging that United Plastic Molders, Inc. of Jackson, Mississippi, has infringed on U.S. Patent No. 6,256,923 and Trademark Registration No. 4,980,923, and is selling fish-handling pliers and packaging in violation of the Tariff Act of 1930.
