U.S. International Trade Commission Reviews Part of Subsea Telecommunication Systems Investigation

The U.S. International Trade Commission has decided to partially review a final ruling that cleared a subsea telecommunication systems company of violating Section 337, and has extended the deadline for the investigation to September 30, 2019.
