U.S. International Trade Commission Cancels Exclusion Orders and Terminates Enforcement Proceeding

The U.S. International Trade Commission has decided to cancel the limited exclusion order and cease and desist orders issued in the investigation, and to stop the enforcement process. This decision affects certain magnetic data storage tapes and cartridges containing the same notice of commission determination.
