USITC Seeks Public Comments on Public Interest in Patent Investigation

The US International Trade Commission (USITC) is soliciting public comments on the potential public interest implications of a recommended remedy in a patent investigation, following the issuance of a Final Initial Determination on a Section 337 violation.
