U.S. International Trade Commission Launches Investigation into Harmonized Tariff Schedule Modifications

The U.S. International Trade Commission has launched an investigation to recommend modifications to the Harmonized Tariff Schedule of the United States, in response to the World Customs Organization's recommendation to update the Harmonized System and a recent classification opinion on blanched peanuts.
