USITC to Review Final Determination in Certain Beverage Dispensing Systems and Components

The US International Trade Commission (USITC) is reviewing its final initial determination finding a violation of the Tariff Act of 1930, related to a patent held by the holder of US Patent No. 7,188,751, and is seeking input from parties, interested persons, and government agencies on potential remedies, public interest, and bonding requirements.
