Erbe Elektromedizin GmbH Files Complaint with U.S. International Trade Commission Over Argon Plasma Coagulation System Patents

Erbe Elektromedizin GmbH of Germany and Erbe USA, Inc. of Georgia have filed a complaint with the U.S. International Trade Commission alleging that certain companies are infringing on their patents for argon plasma coagulation system probes and components, and requesting the Commission to investigate and issue exclusion orders.
