Correction to Exclusions From Gross Income of Foreign Corporations Regulations

The IRS has issued a correction to its final regulations on excluding foreign corporations' income from gross income, which were published in the Federal Register on September 17, 2010, and concern the exclusion of income from international shipping and air operations.
