National Labor Relations Board Extends Comment Period for Proposed Rule on University Student Workers

The National Labor Relations Board has reopened the comment period for its proposed rule on the nonemployee status of university and college students working in connection with their studies, initially set to close on January 29, 2020, and now extended for 30 days.
