National Labor Relations Board Proposes System of Records Notice for Employee and Property Protection

The National Labor Relations Board is proposing a system of records notice to support the protection of employees, contractors, and property leased or occupied by the NLRB, in compliance with the Privacy Act of 1974. The proposed system includes the iTrak Incident & Security Management Software System and a Banned Entry List to manage information on individuals who pose a threat to NLRB employees, contractors, and property.
