NLRB Exempts New System of Records from Certain Provisions of the Privacy Act

The National Labor Relations Board (NLRB) has exempted its new iTrak system and Banned Entry List from specific parts of the 1974 Privacy Act, following sections (k)(1), (2), and (5) of the Act.
