FHFA Issues Order to Revise Data Requirements for Enterprise Public Use Database

The Federal Housing Finance Agency (FHFA) has issued an order revising data requirements for the Enterprise Public Use Database (PUDB) to include new data elements from the Home Mortgage Disclosure Act of 1975, and sets out privacy protections for the data, effective May 27, 2020.
