CPSC Issues Final Rule on Phthalates in Children's Toys and Child Care Articles

The Consumer Product Safety Commission (CPSC) has determined that certain unfinished manufactured fibers do not contain phthalates exceeding the limits set by the CPSC's regulations, exempting them from third-party testing for compliance with ASTM F963 standards.
