USTelecom Petition for Declaratory Ruling on Switched Access Services and Copper Loop Retirement

The Federal Communications Commission (FCC) has approved a three-year information collection period for its discontinuance rules, as announced in the Technology Transitions Declaratory Ruling, Second Report and Order, and Order on Reconsideration (FCC 16-90). This document is related to the retirement of copper loops by incumbent local exchange carriers and special access for price cap local exchange carriers.
