FCC Corrects Comment Period for EEO Broadcast Mid-Term Report Rule

The Federal Communications Commission (FCC) has corrected the preamble of a proposed rule regarding the EEO Broadcast Mid-Term Report, which was published in the Federal Register on March 21, 2018. The correction addresses an error in the proposed rule's comment periods, which incorrectly stated a 60-day comment period and 90-day reply comment period, when in fact the deadline was 30 days for comments and 45 days for replies.
