US FCC Seeks to Update Leased Access Rules as Part of Media Regulation Modernization Initiative

The US Federal Communications Commission (FCC) is proposing to vacate its 2008 Leased Access Order, which has been stayed by a US court for over a decade, and invites public comment on modernizing its leased access rules to improve the leased access marketplace.
