FCC Accelerates Wireline Broadband Deployment by Streamlining Infrastructure Investment Process

The FCC has released a Second Report and Order aimed at removing barriers to infrastructure investment, accelerating the deployment of next-generation networks and services, and revising processes for discontinuance, network changes, and customer notices.
