FCC Adopts New FM Radio Broadcast Class C4 and Modifies Short-Spaced Assignment Requirements

The Federal Communications Commission (FCC) has adopted a new class of FM radio stations, Class C4, and established a procedure for designating certain FM stations, following a petition for rulemaking filed by SSR Communications, Inc. and a Notice of Inquiry (NOI) seeking public comment on the proposal.
