FCC Proposes Changes to Spectrum Bands Above 24 GHz for Mobile Radio Services

The Federal Communications Commission (FCC) invites public comment on transitioning spectrum holdings in the 39 GHz band to a new flexible-use band plan and using an incentive auction mechanism to reduce encumbrances and create contiguous blocks of spectrum.
