NATOA and PTA-FLA Request Reconsideration of Wireless Facility Rulemaking Order

The National Association of Telecommunications Officers and Advisors (NATOA) and PTA-FLA, Inc. are requesting the Commission to reconsider its ruling that small wireless facilities are exempt from review under the National Historic Preservation Act and the National Environmental Policy Act of 1969, and to revise its procedures for notifying tribal governments of proposed structures.
