FCC Proposes Renaming and Modifying Existing System of Records to Comply with Privacy Act of 1974

The Federal Communications Commission (FCC) is proposing to rename and modify an existing system of records, FCC/OMD-13, to comply with the Privacy Act of 1974, which requires the agency to publish notice of its records in the Federal Register. The system, used by the FCC's Performance Evaluation and Records Management division, stores public comments on information disseminated by the FCC since FY 2003.
