FCC Announces OMB Approval for Incentive Auctions Report and Order

The Federal Communications Commission (FCC) has received approval from the Office of Management and Budget (OMB) for new information collection requirements related to the Expanding the Economic and Innovation Opportunities of Spectrum Through Incentive Auctions Report and Order (FCC 14-50). The approval is effective immediately, following a previously announced publication in the Federal Register.
