FDA Seeks Public Comment on Proposed Safety Labeling Changes and FD&C Act Implementation

The Food and Drug Administration (FDA) is seeking public comment on proposed changes to safety labeling and the implementation of a specific section of the Federal Food, Drug, and Cosmetic Act (FD&C Act). The FDA must publish this notice in the Federal Register and allow 60 days for public comment in response.
