FDA Proposes Updates to Radiological Health Regulations for Electronic Products

The FDA is proposing changes to its radiological health regulations to clarify and update standards for radiation protection, records, and reporting for electronic products, including diagnostic x-ray systems, laser products, and ultrasonic therapy products, in an effort to reduce outdated and duplicative requirements and better protect public health.
