FDA Clears Path for QVAR 40 and QVAR 80 Inhalation Aerosol Re-approval

The FDA has determined that QVAR 40 and QVAR 80 inhalation aerosol, 40mcg and 80mcg, were not withdrawn from sale due to safety or effectiveness concerns. This decision allows the FDA to potentially approve ANDAs for these products if all regulatory requirements are met.
