FDA Publishes Draft Guidance on Evaluating Alternate Curricula for Produce Safety Rule

The FDA has released a draft guidance document that outlines factors covered farms should consider when selecting alternate curriculum training to meet the Produce Safety Rule requirements, and provides recommendations for educators developing or evaluating these curricula.
