FDA Announces Delay in Enforcement of Wholesale Distributor Verification Requirement for Returned Drug Products

The FDA has released a final guidance on the Drug Supply Chain Security Act, delaying the enforcement of a requirement for wholesale distributors to verify product identifiers prior to distributing returned products, by one year, until November 27, 2020.
