U.S. Customs and Border Protection to Test Automated Commercial Environment (ACE) Truck Manifest System

U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP) is conducting a National Customs Automation Program (NCAP) test for truck shipments of commercial goods transiting from Canada to Canada, using a new filing code in the Automated Commercial Environmental (ACE) Truck Manifest System, and invites public comment on the test.
