US Coast Guard Amends Anchorage Regulations in Delaware River

The US Coast Guard is updating the anchorage regulations in the Delaware River near Philadelphia, PA, by modifying the geographic coordinates and use of anchorage '10'. The changes reduce the anchorage's size and allow it to be used as a general anchorage area in the river.
