U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services Announces Implementation of Filipino World War II Veterans Parole Policy

USCIS is now offering a discretionary parole program for certain Filipino World War II veterans and their spouses, allowing them to enter the U.S. while waiting for their immigrant visas to become available, in recognition of their wartime contributions and to provide family support.
