Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives to Submit Information Collection Request to Office of Management and Budget for Review and Approval

The Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives (ATF), part of the Department of Justice (DOJ), is requesting review and approval from the Office of Management and Budget (OMB) for a proposed information collection related to the importation of firearms, ammunition, and defense articles, following a previously announced 60-day public comment period that began on December 8, 2023.
