US Department of Justice Expands Board of Immigration Appeals to 28 Members

The Department of Justice has expanded the Board of Immigration Appeals to 28 members, following comments received on its previous interim final rule, which added two positions to bring the total to 23, and now includes five additional positions, clarifying temporary member terms and appointment process.
