DEA Proposes Permanent Scheduling of Butonitazene, Flunitazene, and Metodesnitazene as Schedule I Controlled Substances

The Drug Enforcement Administration has proposed placing butonitazene, flunitazene, and metodesnitazene, including their isomers, esters, ethers, salts, and salts of isomers, esters, and ethers, in Schedule I of the Controlled Substances Act, which would maintain existing regulatory controls and penalties for handling these substances.
