Department of Justice Requests Review and Approval for Information Collection on Capital Punishment Report

The Bureau of Justice Statistics is seeking OMB approval for a previously approved collection, which will be used to gather data on inmates under sentence of death, following a request for public comments on the reinstatement of the collection, as mandated by the Paperwork Reduction Act of 1995.
