Blocking of Specially Designated Nationals Pursuant to Executive Order 13413

The US Treasury Department's Office of Foreign Assets Control (OFAC) has published the names of four individuals whose assets have been frozen due to their involvement in the conflict in the Democratic Republic of Congo, as mandated by Executive Order 13413, issued on October 27, 2006.
