DEA to Hold Hearing on Proposed Rescheduling of Marijuana

The Drug Enforcement Administration will hold a hearing to discuss a proposed rule to reschedule marijuana from its current Schedule I classification to Schedule III under the Controlled Substances Act, a move initially proposed in a May 21, 2024, Federal Register notice.
