The Department of Justice, Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms, and Explosives (ATF), is submitting a request to renew the Federal Explosives License/Permit (FEL/P) Renewal Application-ATF Form 5400.14/5400.15 for review and approval by the Office of Management and Budget (OMB) in accordance with the Paperwork Reduction Act of 1995.
