US Issues Final Regulations on Farm and Fishing Income Averaging
The IRS has released final regulations allowing farmers and fishermen to average their income over three years to reduce their tax liability, as mandated by the American Jobs Creation Act of 2004 and the Tax Extenders and Alternative Minimum Tax Relief Act of 2008.
