DEA Proposes Adjustments to 2024 Aggregate Production Quotas for Schedule I and II Controlled Substances

The Drug Enforcement Administration is proposing changes to the 2024 production quotas for certain controlled substances, including schedule I and II substances, and will calculate procurement quotas for schedule II substances on a semi-annual basis, except for injectable products.
