Department of Justice Submits Information Collection Request for Federal Firearms License Renewal Application

The Department of Justice, through the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives, is seeking OMB approval for a revised version of the Federal Firearms License (FFL) renewal application, ATF Form 8 (5310.11) Part II, as part of its ongoing efforts to streamline and modernize its paperwork requirements.
