Department of the Treasury Invites Public Comment on Proposed Information Collections

The Department of the Treasury is seeking public input on two proposed information collections, Revenue Procedure 2003-45 and Revenue Procedure 2004-48, related to S Corporations and corporate elections, as part of its efforts to reduce paperwork burden.
