The U.S. Department of the Treasury Requests Public Comment on Proposed Collection of HCTC Program Forms

The Department of the Treasury is seeking public input on proposed information collections, including Form 13930, Central Withholding Agreement, as part of its effort to reduce paperwork burden, in accordance with the Paperwork Reduction Act of 1995.
