Agency to Submit Information Collection Request for Review and Approval

The Executive Office for Immigration Review, part of the Department of Justice, is seeking OMB approval for a previously approved collection, with a request for public comments, following a decision by a DHS officer that will be appealed to the Board of Immigration Appeals.
