DEA Proposes Scheduling 4-Chloromethcathinone as Schedule I Controlled Substance

The Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA) is proposing to place 4-chloromethcathinone, a synthetic cathinone, under the same regulatory controls as Schedule I controlled substances, in order to comply with international obligations under the 1971 Convention on Psychotropic Substances.
